I was born in Ohio, but 6 weeks later my family moved to the West Coast. I was raised in Southern, then Northern California. I went to college in San Diego, and spent my most precious years there. My life has been a journey in motion, and I have made big moves my entire life. And though, I have always felt unsettled, I am a life-long seeker, and my soul is on a mission.

Having grown up in Silicon Valley, and after graduating from a college prep Catholic High School, one would think I would have entered the tech world. Quite the opposite happened, though I believe my parents thought I would become a computer scientist. Which is funny, because I do not get along with computers or technology. But, as I look back on my extraordinary career, I see there was always a divine calling, and a guiding light showing me the way. In 1992, I graduated from SDSU with a degree in Health Science and Physical Education, and a passion for alternative medicine.

I spent 13 years in the Fitness Industry, and loved it! Though, I outgrew it. Or, evolved into a holistic approach to health and wellness, due to a deeply personal spiritual path. I was introduced to Native American Spirituality at SDSU, and massage therapy, reflexology, chiropractic health, and the healing arts soon followed after. I’ve worked with therapists, coaches, healers, metaphysical teachers, holistic practitioners, medicine people, and so many other influential souls for over 30+ years, both personally and professionally, and I am so grateful, and beyond blessed.

From 1987 to the present, my path has been magical…

In 2003, I opened my first Spiritual Healing Center, Sacred Space, in Ft. Myers, Florida.

From 2003 - 2008, I was devoted to the universal mystery teachings and a leader in an international mystery school, which ignited my growth and changed my life.

In 2010, I moved to Denver, Colorado and started a new business and private practice, Practical Spirituality. A few years later, I became the co-owner of Sacred Sanctuary, a Spiritual Healing Center and Mystery School. Eventually, I went back on my own and opened Temple Namaste, and continued to develop my gifts, and my craft, until I moved in 2021.

The next move was to Lakeland, Florida, where I currently live and work, and where life is good!

I was attuned in Reiki to Level Three with two great healers/teachers 22-25 years ago.

I was ordained a reverend with the Melchizedek Fellowship 21 years ago.

I worked with both a Medicine Woman and Lakota Chief, who both gave me powerful medicine.

I studied in a Mystery School, and owned a Mystery School for 20+ years.

I’ve been teaching metaphysics and spiritual sciences for 20+ years.

I have walked a sacred path for most of my life.

My journey is unique. My work is magical. My connections are eternal. My life is beautiful.
