Healing is a profound and esoteric art that often requires considerable time—sometimes even lifetimes—to truly master. It is a deeply sacred and transformative journey that I earnestly wish everyone would be willing to embrace fully. Unfortunately, in today’s fast-paced culture, many people tend to seek quick fixes and would rather simply take a “pill” than engage in the meaningful process of healing and self-discovery.

I found myself, my relief, and my answers through my long and evolving healing journey. It has spanned over 30 years, and even now, I continue to heal and grow, knowing this process is lifelong. As a highly sensitive soul and empath, I truly cannot encourage you strongly enough to begin your own healing journey—to deeply understand your unique sensitivity, to learn about the energies that surround and influence you, and to explore effective ways to stay grounded and protected.
