What is Amma Libre?

Amma Libre is Lani Renee’s sacred tradition of universal mystery teachings, sacred rituals, and her spiritual practice. It is compromised of three decades of her devotion to both, a personal and professional search for the truth, healing her “self” and others, and living a sacred lifestyle.

Lani has been on a spiritual journey since the age of 18, and opened her first spiritual-healing center at age 34, and to this day, continues to learn, heal, and evolve. Her metaphysical background is rich in ancient knowledge, with roots in shamanism, qabalah and intuitive development, the science of esoteric healing, and hermetic philosophy. Her teachings range from alchemy, sacred geometries, to initiation into the Great Work.

The phrase, "Know thyself" (Greek: γνῶθι σεαυτόν, gnōthi seauton), was famously inscribed on the Temple of Apollo at Delphi. It has resonated through history, inspiring thinkers like Socrates, who believed it was the beginning of wisdom. Socrates used this principle to examine his own life and beliefs, prompting others to do the same. It is also the heart of Amma Libre, which means Mother School.

Ultimately, "Know thyself" is a continuous journey of self-discovery, encouraging individuals to delve into their inner world and strive for a deeper understanding of who they are. It naturally leads to “Heal thyself.” And, for those willing to seek, heal, and do the work, “Love Thyself” is the goal.
