Lani is a free spirt who grew up in California, and contributes her early conscious awakening to the spirit of a coastal life. She was raised Catholic, and went to Catholic schools. Her formal higher education was at SDSU in San Diego, where her spirit became her guide, and led her to what would become the mission of her life.
With a degree in Health Science and Physical Education, she began her career in the Fitness Industry and worked as a Personal Trainer for over 13 years. She specialized in her own work out modality, and had a successful business. Eventually, her dedication to her personal journey of healing and exploring alternative medicine, led her to Florida where the universe showed her the beginning of a greater purpose.
Lani is also the former owner of Sacred Space, a healing center, in Ft. Myers, Florida (2002-2010). And, Temple Namaste, a mystery school in Arvada, Colorado. (2010-2021). She now lives in Lakeland, Florida with her daughter, Charly Renee, enjoying a private holistic practice of bodywork, healing, and her coaching.

Lani’s educational background is in health science, and physical education. A former athlete, exercise junkie and yogi, she values the importance of being healthy, and keeping the body well. As a true seeker, all esoteric subjects call to her soul, though her essentials are: alchemy, meditation, the healing arts and ancient healing modalities, energy medicine, breathwork, yoga, intuitive development and universal qabalah, shamanism and sacred ceremony, shadow work because light cannot exist without it’s opposite, and more than likely her truest path, is the one that is most magical, and hidden except from those who walk in beauty with her. As a natural coach, her passion and purpose is to guide those who are ready, to a place that begins within them, and extends beyond them… but if truth be told, all of her gifts are united as one.
