Integrative Massage Therapy | Bodywork

At the Studio, I offer a unique massage therapy experience. My integration is dynamic and includes: relaxation, deep tissue, cupping therapy, reflexology, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. I can incorporate the beneficial use of the TheraGun, iTera Hertz Energy Wand, Ached Away Scrapper, and Young Living Essential Oils. Every time you treat yourself to time on the table, it is an opportunity to release your pain physically and emotionally, to balance your energy, and recharge your bodies natural immunity. Basically, the goal when we’re together, is that you feel better!

And, depending on the client, and the session, I also like to incorporate sound therapy, shamanism, and positive affirmations and/or prayer.

When you arrive, we'll review your Health History, choose the best treatment for you, and get you settled on a warm table, allowing you to breathe, relax, and enjoy your holistic journey to wellness.

Holistic Energetic Healing | Esoteric Modalities

During your Healing session, we’ll begin with a consultation to discuss your healing goals or create them together. Unlike traditional therapy, this session is quiet; you’ll lie on a warm massage table, cozy under a blanket, and relax. We’ll start with breathing exercises and use essential oils to help you release tension and deepen your experience. Energy work involves addressing past, present, and future elements, with intuitive messages and support that feel soothing and healing. Please wear comfortable clothing, as you’ll remain dressed during the session.

You will receive a gentle, hands-on healing touch, guided by your soul. Each session is unique and may be done in silence or with guided meditation. I often use healing stones, essential oils, and sound therapy during the sessions.

I have been spiritually, intuitively, and holistically guiding clients, and students, for over 30+ years. My gifts are natural, and developed. My tools are many, and sacred. I believe we all need guidance, and that guidance can bring light to the truth, and our truth can literally set us free.

When you need guidance, insight, clarity, perspective, answers, and… the truth, a coaching session can be an absolute game changer, and a blessing. (My coaching sessions are available in-person, and online via zoom.)
